Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

3. COLOUR AND MEASUREMENTS ACCURACY
We strive to portray the most accurate colour possible of our products that appear on our site. However, there may still be slight colour discrepancies due to differences in various screen calibrations. NOST products are handmade by artisans using traditional craft methods and natural, eco-friendly dyes. Registration marks and slight imperfections resulting from the hand-made block-printing process form part of the beauty of the garment. As each piece is individually made, please allow a variation of +/- 0.5 inches on measurement and we do not
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Payment can be made using the following methods: Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be reimbursed to you in full.
We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price.
Prices may change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.
5. SALES TAX, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
For orders shipped to any country outside of Singapore, all taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you in order for your parcel to clear customs.
NOST has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please note that an admin charge will be levied on you.
6. PROMOTIONAL CODES OR VOUCHERS
From time to time we may distribute promotional vouchers that may be used only on the Site, which we will send to you either by email or post:
In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with redemption of that promotional voucher on the Site, we are entitled to close your account and/or require a different means of payment.
